Na Tum Jaano Na Hum [You've Got Mail]

Esha Deol and Hrithik Roshan meet via a radio show and start corresponding without knowing each other's names. In the Hollywood film You've Got Mail, Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan are business rivals who become e-mail pals without knowing each other.

If Na Tum Jaano Na Hum had been a faithful copy, it might have worked. But director Arjun Sablok (another Yash Chopra clone) injected a subplot about Hrithik's friend (Saif Ali Khan) who gets smitten by Esha and hence, Hrithik has to sacrifice his love.

Na Tum Jaano Na Hum released a few days after Hrithik's colossal flop Aap Mujhe Achche Lagne Lage and ended up as another blot on his career. He said, 'I heard the script and by the time I got to the last scene, I had tears in my eyes. I told Arjun I want to be a part of this film.'
