CEA president and CEO Gary Shapiro said, "The impact of recession was moderate. We might have fewer people but we got
rid of those who didn't belong here. There were many CEOs who could take a call."
Talking of the significance of emerging economies, he said, "We had a separate conference for emerging countries," Intel chief Craig Barrett and Cisco chief John Chambers were the key speakers this time."
Terming this year's show 'most amazing', he revealed, "Probably, our next edition will showcase Apple too. We plan a separate area for Apple compatible products and we will invite Apple itself."
