What made it possible for you to get it back on Facebook? Was it only a change of name? What was the basic reason? Why did Hasbro drop the case?
Pursuant to the settlement, RJ Softwares agreed not to use the term Scrabulous and has made changes to the Lexulous and Wordscraper games (in the US and Canada) to distinguish them from the Scrabble crossword game.
Based on these modifications, Hasbro agreed to withdraw the litigation filed against RJ Softwares in New York's federal court.
As modified, the Wordscraper application continues to be available on Facebook, and Lexulous on Lexulous.com.
Now that the points and unfinished games have been retained, it means that the new game is the same as the old one? So what was this hue and cry about?
