Even after the addition of Ritz, surprisingly, Maruti will have no super hatchbacks in its portfolio.
Maruti Suzuki still believes that the super hatchback is virtually non-existent in India. However, its competitors seem to think otherwise and quite a few models are being lined up to conquer this segment.
Among these are the soon-to-be-launched Jazz from Honda, Grande Punto from Fiat, and Polo from Volkswagen. The advent of these cars will surely shake things up.
