Johnson plans to build a multiplex in 2009 for which the land has already been bought next to the firm's resort on the Tuticorin-Tirunelveli expressway. Thereafter, he plans to build a mall and has already identified the land where he dreams of building a city.
He was born and brought up in Tuticorin. He stopped studying after standard XII due to his father's demise. He is married and has two sons. He plans to educate his children well before bringing them into the business.
He says that he cannot do much expansion or diversion if they carry on as a private limited company. They are planning to go public in a few years. "That's the only way to expand," he says.
