PARTNERS, NOW: Bollywood stars Suniel Shetty and Sanjay Dutt now have more to bank on than just their films. The two, along with producer Nitin Manmohan, have launched Shades Enterprises, which will retail high-end sunglasses in India.

Partnering with them in this venture is Sohail Maklai and Hameed Saberi, who bring the domain expertise and entrepreneurial skills.

Shades plans to offer the latest in eyewear and optical products in a single store. The Shades boutique will offer more than 150 international brands like Armani, Versace, Rayban, Oakley, Mont Blanc and Hugo Boss and will have over 600 pieces on display.

Shades will soon launch its first showroom in Hyderabad and follow it up with a store in Pune. Within the next six months, it hopes to have stores in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai.

"Shades will evolve to be the ultimate destination in eyewear. It will bring to people what they are looking for -- the right attitude and an unparalleled range in leisure, sports and prescription glasses apart from accessories," says Suniel Shetty.
