Let's face it -- movies are a male-dominated industry. Actors are paid more than their female counterparts and in Bollywood, especially, there are hardly any female filmmakers to speak of. Which is why Farhan Akhtar's younger sis definitely makes it to the list. Her first solo project, Luck By Chance, was a well-recieved, well-made movie and proved that an intelligent woman behind the camera is as vital as a pretty woman in front of it!
