It was an evening of glamour and fashion with a healthy helping of oomph as 80 lovely young lasses from across the globe flaunted their stuff in swimsuits and evening wear at the 57th Annual Miss Universe Competition.
The Crown Convention Centre in Nha Trang, a resort town of Vietnam, played host to the beauties as former US talk show host Jerry Springer and Melanie Brown of the Spice Girls compered the show.
The contestants were judged through various rounds like the crowd-favourite swimsuit round, evening wear and the question and answer session, with eliminations at every stage.
