We have all come a long way since photography meant an analog camera with a Kodak or a Fuji film. Not only has imaging gone mostly digital, it can also be more fun. Here are five products to make this possible.
Epson Picturemate PM270: Print anywhere
Clicked some pictures on a holiday? But want to print them then and there? Carry the compact and mobile Epson PictureMate 270 with you the next time you travel for 4R lab-quality photos anytime anywhere.
It comes with a comfortable carry handle, can fold neatly into a box with no protruding parts when not in use and gives you the option of an extra battery pack.
A photo takes all of 37 seconds to print, and does not fade for up to 200 years (claims the company) if you're careful.
The printer comes with the integrated EPSON Claria PhotoEnhance which is an automatic scene correction function that optimises skin tones, colour casts and exposure levels to produce perfect photos every time.
You don't even need a PC to print -- it takes in most of the memory cards going around, and the tiltable 3.6" colour LCD screen allows for easy viewing. You can also plug in any PictBridge devices for direct photo printing, or even receive images from any Bluetooth-enabled devices including mobile phones and notebooks.
Approximate price: Rs 11,500.
