Go down on the floor on all fours, keeping your back straight.
Straighten out one leg completely, keeping it in line with your back and with your toes pointing towards the floor.
Lift the leg such that it goes a little above the level of your back and then lower it such that it goes a little below the level of your back (don't let it touch the floor).
Do 2 sets of 10 reps each and repeat with the other leg.
