Go down on the floor on all fours, keeping your back straight.

Keeping the knee bent, lift one leg slowly, such that the sole of your foot moves outward and upward towards the ceiling.

Do not lower the leg all the way to the floor only till your midsection.

Do 2 sets of 10 reps each and repeat with the other leg.
