While there is no such thing as spot reduction (ie losing weight from only one part of your body), you certainly can tone up the muscles in that area with exercise, giving them a better shape. The following pages outline a few butt-centric exercises that you can incorporate in your workout to give it the shape you want.
Before you start, always warm up -- you can cycle for five to seven minutes or just walk on the treadmill for the same amount of time.
