Getting there: To do the Bhalukpong-Bomdila-Tawang circuit in Arunachal Pradesh one has to first reach Tezpur in Assam, which is the gateway to the state. Alliance Air has its flight to Tezpur from N S C Bose International Airport in Kolkata. One can also travel upto Guwahati by train and then reach Tezpur by road. Bhalukpong is about 62 km from Tezpur.
Where to stay: There are number of private hotels in Bhalukpong, Bomdila, Dirang and Tawang apart from tourist lodges with tariffs ranging from Rs 750 to Rs 1,500. To visit Arunachal Pradesh Indian citizens must obtain inner line permit from the Arunachal government office in either Kolkata or New Delhi or Itanagar
