Pomegranate Boondi Raita

    ~Ingredients

    1 cup boondi
    1 cup pomegranate or anar seeds
    2 cups yogurt
    2 pinches roasted cumin or jeera seed powder
    1 tbsp sugar
    Salt
    1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, to garnish

    ~Method

    Add sugar and salt to the yoghurt and beat well.

    Add the roasted cumin powder and mix well.

    Mix pomegranate seeds and keep in refrigerator.

    Take out before serving and add boondi.

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
