Before the shooting for Pooja Bhatt's production Rog started, we did a photoshoot with Ilene to see the look of the film for the hoardings etc. This was shot at the Taj Lands End hotel. I held the picture behind for my calendar because film stars never shoot in swimsuits. So I thought this would be a change. This is also the first time I'm featuring a foreign model in my calendar.

Ilene is fabulous with her body language. She did not have attitude that she was an international model. She had zero natak. She knew the pictures would not be vulgar because she had seen the Jism and Paap campaigns that I had done for Pooja earlier.

We tried different shots with her in and out of the water. Water has been very interesting for me. I used to love shooting by the sea.

I had had a meeting with Ilene a day before the shoot and was very inspired by her face and the way she carries off bikinis. Whether she is wearing a gown or bikini, she was very comfortable.

When she was shooting for Rog, she did not know Hindi at all. This is also her first acting experience. She read the script repeatedly to know her character and do justice to it.

Besides, when she was in India for 40 days shooting for the film, she gave it her all. She did not endorse ads to make a quick buck.
