Salman is very attached to dogs. While we were setting up this shot, he was playing with my dog Flash in the next room. When we were ready, Salman came and sat on the floor. Flash ran up behind him and started playing with him. I started clicking and we got this.

The model needs to be comfortable with animals, only then you can achieve a mood like this. In this picture, it looks like Flash is whispering something to Salman and he is laughing at it. If Salman had gotten angry or had panicked, the picture wouldn't have worked out. It was Salman's presence of mind that he started laughing because he knew it would make a good picture.

Salman is a friend for many years. He's great to the people he likes. If you get on his wrong side, he can be really nasty. But I have never seen him being rude. I know him through Atull Agnihotri, his brother-in-law. He's very warm to the people he loves.

He also courteous to his fans and the people he knows. We've shot at his house quite a few times in the building compound. People walk around and stare from the gates. But he does not mind.

He's the kind of person who doesn't care what people think of him. If they think badly about him, he doesn't care. He doesn't feel the need to explain.

Salman does not do many photo sessions because he doesn't give too many pictures to the press.

Not many know that he's a good photographer too. Whenever I go to his house, he'll show me some of the pictures he's taken. He's got a great vision. Sometimes, he gives me suggestions too. But he always lets me take the final call.
