In that scenario, there is a possibility that he will put Desai in the chief minister's chair.
A three-time MLA from Goregaon in north Mumbai, Desai is the genial spokesperson of the Shiv Sena. Not much is known about him other than that he is the eyes and ears of Sena chief Bal Thackeray.
Being a cultured person, he gets along well with Uddhav who shares this trait.
