Shubham Jaglan, a ten-year-old prodigy, produced a brilliant one-stroke win at IMG Academy Junior World Golf Championships at the Welk Resort in San Diego.
His three-day total of seven-under par 179 was better than rest of the field to become the Junior World Champion in his age category (9-10 years).
Shubham bombarded the Golf course with around 13 birdies during his three rounds over the past three days.
Five of those birdies came during the final round which eventually proved to be the difference as he was in the joint lead with Australia's Jeffrey Yu Guan at the end of round two.
Jaglan, whose father is a milk-man originally from Panipat's Israna village, had moved to Delhi to improve his golf.
