Overnight heavy rains have put a brake on Mumbai. The Western, Central and Harbour line has been hit forcing most Mumbaikars to stay indoors.
Schools have been shut and it’s the same old story as far as the city’s low-lying areas are concerned – waterlogging and more waterlogging.
