External Affairs Minister S M Krishna on Friday met his Pakistani counterpart Hina Rabbani Khar and exchanged pleasantries.
The brief encounter took place at the SAARC Foreign Ministers' meeting on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly, which is currently on in New York.
During the brief meeting, Krishna extended sympathies to the families of those who lost their lives in the recent floods in Pakistan.
