People dining at Delhi's Summer Smoke House bar would have hardly imagined the treat they were in for last night, as none other than Coldplay front man Chris Martin took the stage.
The 38-year-old singer randomly walked in and gave an impromptu performance, without any heads up, NDTV reported.
Singer-composer Vishal Dadlani, who went on stage with Martin, explained the jam session on Twitter writing, "It wasn't an event. We were at a dinner together, and he just went 'let's go play somewhere!' And, boom!"
He added, "More jam, less gig. Chris did all the work, though. People were going apeshit."
And not only this, actress Frieda Pinto, musician Raghu Dixit and members of the comedy collective AIB were also present.
Dixit called the night surreal on social media and wrote, "Best night this year! Listened @ChrisOfColdplay sing and play my guitar and the crowd going Para Para Paradise!"
Lucky ones who witnessed the jam session, went crazy on Twitter bragging about the night, while some pleaded the star to come and play in their city.
