Model Tatiyana Pollischuk, 22, reveals to Rediff.com's Anita Aikara how she stays fit during LFW and why she is in love with the maximum City

Staying fit during LFW

It is very important to maintain a healthy lifestyle during the fashion week. I religiously go to the gym and make sure I am maintaining a healthy diet.

I dislike my workout being monotonous and hence I like to mix things up. I love running.

But on other days I also do a mix of cardio and other exercises.

My aim is to not stress about the work but to enjoy it.

Is there a particular diet you are following?

Not really. I prepare my own food and hence make sure it's organic and healthy.

How did you get into modelling?

Modelling is something I happened to stumble upon. A friend of mine had invited me to work for a show and the rest you can say is history.

Do you think Indians are professional when it comes to punctuality and work ethics?

The Indian Industry is extremely professional and it's always a pleasure to work here.

Models you admire...

Linda Evangelista -- she's my icon.

Designers you'd like to walk for at LFW...

I wish to get an opportunity to work with everyone.

Advice for aspiring models...

It is very important to be persistent and to always believe in yourself. Hard work never goes unnoticed.

What do you enjoy the most about Mumbai?

Mumbai is a gorgeous city and I truly enjoy being here. I absolutely love sunsets and so Carter Road (Bandra) happens to be my favourite.
