Kendall Jenner is the most followed model on Instagram this year. 

With around 85 million followers on the popular photo-sharing site, Kendall has over double followers than Cara Delevingne, who occupies the second spot with 40.8 million fans. 

Gigi Hadid came in third place with 37 million followers.

2017 has been a fabulous year for Kendall, who topped the world's highest paid models' list. 

In 2016, Kendall occupied the No 10 spot on this list with 69.8 million followers -- she has upped her followers by 15 million in 2017.

Her sister Kylie Jenner came in seventh place with 80.6 million followers, last year.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashian star also received the most likes for a photograph on Instagram this year.

The pic, which features Kendall flaunting her torso, received over 4 million likes.

Kendall's half-sister Kim Kardashian West has over 104 million fans, which places her in fifth place in the Most Followed Celebrity list on Instagram.
