We moved on to the main course and looked for variety. We finally settled on the Grilled Chicken Breast with Herbed Mustard Sauce. We added a Baked Penne with Pepperoni to the same and were not disappointed. The grill came with side dishes of pasta in white sauce, Mediterranean vegetables, steamed green vegetables and Garlic Bread (Rating: 9 on 10. Price: 160).
The chicken was juicy yet crisp. The sauce was spectacular -- the pungence of mustard mixed with the flavour of Italian herbs! The pasta held its own as well. Cheesy and delicious (Rating: 8 on 10. Price: Rs 125). By the time we were finished, we were grinning like two content fools. And the best part was the bill. For this delicious meal, we only had to shell out Rs 420!
Since then, Kaffiiaa, as expected, has been visited quite often and I can vouch for their Mushroom Risotto (Rating: 8.5 on 10. Price: Rs 130), Non-Veg Club Sandwich (Rating: 7.5 on 10. Price: Rs 120) as well as their Penne with Chicken in Piri Piri Sauce (Rating: 7.5 on 10. Price: Rs 125). But don't take my word for it -- go try it out for yourself!
