Fearing a backlash, the police will maintain a strict vigil at Dhoni and Zaheer's homes.
The Mumbai police have increased security at Sachin Tendulkar's home in Bandra, northwest Mumbai. Similar security steps have been taken for Rahul Dravid, Anil Kumble and Robin Uthappa's homes in Bangalore and Harbhajan Singh's home in Jalandhar.
