Asian Games gold medallist, Somdev Devvarman combined with South African Rik De Voest to script a come-from-behind win over Dmitry Tursonov of Russia and Chinese Taipei's Jimmy Wang and advance to the semi-final of the men's doubles event at the Singapore ATP Challenger.
Devvarman and De Voest edged out the Tursonov–Wang pair 6-4, 3-6, 10-7 after trailing 5-7 in the tie break.
The pair will take on second seeds Sonchai and Sonchat Ratiwatana of Thailand in the semi-finals.
The Thai twins scored a 7-6(5), 2-6, 10-5 win over India's Purav Raja and Fillipino Conrad Treat Huey in the quarter-finals on Thursday.
Devvarman has also made it to the quarter-finals of the singles event after registering a comfortable straight sets victory over Australian John Millman on Thursday.
