Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has said that the club striker Anthony Martial 'cannot have all the things he wants in life'.
Martial had, earlier, expressed a desire to leave the club after he saw his opportunities cut short under Jose Mourinho and following the arrival of the forward player Alexis Sanchez.
"You cannot do whatever you want in life, I would love to arrive in Los Angeles, to train in Los Angeles and play all my five matches in Los Angeles, and then don't travel, don't change hotel and then go back to Manchester," Sports24 quoted Mourinho, as saying.
"I would like to play against Leicester on Sunday but I have to play on Friday, so you don't get always in life what you want," he added.
The forward player, reportedly, struggled to gain a spot in the starting XI with 12 of his 30 league appearances coming off the bench in 2017-18 under Mourinho.
Martial, who joined United in 2015, had an impactful debut season in which he notched up 11 goals in 31 Premier League games he played under former manager Louis Van Gaal. He bagged many titles with United including EFL Cup, FA Cup and Europa League.
