Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has played down an injury suffered during his side's 3-0 win over Villarreal in their La Liga match on Wednesday, saying that he is in a good condition.

Cristiano RonaldoRonaldo caused a scare when he was seen walking off the pitch after apparently experiencing discomfort in his right hamstring.

The incident put a doubt over Ronaldo's participation in next week's Champions League clash against ManchesterCity in the second leg of the semi-finals.

But now, Ronaldo has ruled out any concerns by giving a positive update about his condition on Instagram.

Posting a picture of himself, Ronaldo wrote, "All good. Thanks for your support."

Real Madrid travel to struggling neighbours, Rayo Vallecano, for their La Liga tie on Saturday.
