Jeev Milkha Singh shot a four-over 75 in difficult scoring conditions to be tied 12th at the end of three rounds in the 120 Million Yen Coca Cola Tokai Classic tournament.

Jeev is now three-over 216 for 54 holes.

With conditions very tough for scoring, only leader Hiroo Kawai (70) with two birdies on 15th and 17th holes was left under par.

Three other players -- Taichi Teshima (67), Dong-Hwan Lee (69) and Yudai Maeda (71) -- were even par for three rounds.

Jeev, sixth overnight, started with a double bogey on first and then had a bogey on second. He managed three birdies thereafter on third, 12th and 17th, but he also had four other bogeys including two on 16th and 18th.

The Indian, for the third day running, had 27 putts but with strong winds managed just six of the 14 fairways and there lay the problem. The conditions worsened as the day progressed.

Kawai had four birdies and three bogeys shot a 70, while Teshima, who had just one bogey and five birdies in a six hole stretch between tenth and 15th, was the star with the best card of four-under 67.

Shingo Katayama, always dangerous in any field, moved up the field with a three-under 68 that placed him tied fifth at one-over and just three shots behind the leader.

Jeev shares the 12th spot Shigeru Nonaka (74) and Tsuyushi Yoneyama (72) at three-over.
