French Open: Sania-Dodig fight back to enter mixed-doubles quarters

India’s Sania Mirza and her Croatian partner Ivan Dodig rallied from a set down to enter the French Open mixed-doubles quarter-finals at Roland Garros on Wednesday.

The second seeded Sania-Dodig combine beat French pair Alize Cornet and Jonathan Eysseric 6-7 (6-8), 6-4, 10-8 in a closely-fought second round match.

Earlier in the day, Indian challenge in the men's doubles event came to an end after Leander Paes and Rohan Bopanna lost their respective quarter-final games in straight sets.
