Euro 2016 has thrown up a mixed bag of matches and a few surprises thus far.
The highs touched by minnows Iceland and Wales, and the lucky escapes pulled off by plucky Portugal, among other exciting contests, have garnered ecstatic reactions, crazy player celebrations and jubilant fans savouring in the momentary joy.
