It is known to all by now that Germany's World Cup-winning football star Bastian Schweinsteiger is dating 2008 French Open champion Ana Ivanovic.
Schweinsteiger is very prominently seen cheering the 27-year-old with her team at the French Open in Paris these days.
Ivanovic has been searching for inspiration ever since she won the French Open seven years ago and Bayern Munich star midfielder can just be that.
He is leaving no stone unturned for his lady love to make her feel special. Like a gentleman he carries her kit-bag to the practice sessions.
Under the watchful eye of Schweinsteiger, Ivanovic battled to victory against Ekaterina Makarova to secure a place in the French Open quarter-finals.
His celebrations with his girlfriend’s team show him to be very invested in the relationship because he celebrated like he won the World Cup again!
It was Schweinsteiger who kind of went public about his relationship with the tennis star when he was spotted with a Serbian flag on his boots together with ‘31/7 duso’ stitched on his football shoes.
‘Duso’ is a Serbian word for ‘darling’ and 31/7 are numbers of Bastian's jerseys in Bayern Munich and national team, while the shoes also have the date 05/09/2014 as well, most probably the beginning of his relationship with Ivanovic.
Ivanovic, who previously had a long relationship with golfer Adam Scott, is back to world No 7.
