Tintu Luka clocked her season's best to clinch a silver medal in the women's 800 metres at the 17th Asian Games on Wednesday.

The Indian runner timed 1:59.19 seconds to better her bronze medal finish in the event in the previous edition of the Games, in Guangzhou.
The gold was won by Kazakhstan's Mukasheva Margarita, who broke a two-decade-old Games record of 1:59.85s with a timing of 1:59.02s.
China's Zhao Jing won the bronze medal, clocking a personal best of 1:59.48s.
Sushma Devi, the other Indian in the fray, ended up fourth with a personal best of 2:01.92s.
The previous Games record was held by China's Qu Yunxia.
Luka disappointed at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games, failing to qualify for the 800 metres final after finishing seventh in an eight-contestant first semi-final.
She clocked 2:03.35s in her semi-final heat.
