Podolski, who scored both the goals in Germany's 2-0 win over Poland in the opener, scored a consolation for Germany on Thursday to take his goal tally in the tournament to three, the highest so far along side Spain's David Villa.
Srna, meanwhile, scored the opener for Croatia.
