Nadal, who won his fourth consecutive French Open title and backed that up with his first grasscourt title at Queen's Club looked menacing against Murray, who afterwards tipped the Majorcan muscle man to win the title.

Nadal said he is concentrating only on his semi-final but one eye will already be on a re-match with Federer.
Ominously for everyone else, the 22-year-old said his grasscourt game is much better than last year and he gave the distinct impression that another runners-up plate will not be welcome in his trophy cabinet.

"Last year was close. Only one more point and probably I have the trophy in my home," he said. "It was disappointing to have another plate. If Federer can improve I can improve."
