Indian tennis star Leander Paes on Sunday exuded confidence of winning a medal in the 2008 Beijing Olympics partnering Mahesh Bhupathi.
"We understand each others games very well and I think we have a bright chance of winning a medal in Beijing," Paes said in Kolkata.
Referring to off court differences with Bhupathi, Paes said: "we have lot of differences, we don't see eye to eye on lot of things but when we are on court, there is something between us."
Sania says no to playing in India
He refused to comment on Sania Mirza's decision to pull out of the Bangalore Open.
Asked whether he would partner Sania in the mixed doubles in the near future Paes said: "I don't know you better ask her."
On the country not getting another star tennis player after him and Bhupathi, Paes said there is too much of media hype now a days and the likes of Rohan Bopanna "are not able to absorb the pressure".
