Winners at Indian Wells two weeks ago, Paes-Damm had ousted top seeds Jonas Bjorkman and Max Mirnyi in the quarter-finals.
Paes-Damm will play second seeds Mike and Bob Bryan, who beat Fabrice Santoro and Nenad Zimonjic 7-5, 6-2 on Thursday, for the title.
