Play abandoned at Wimbledon after rain delay

Play at Wimbledon was abandoned at 1815 GMT (2345 IST) on Thursday following a 3-1/2 hour rain delay.

In a tournament blighted by the wet weather, Roger Federer was locked at 5-5 with Juan Carlos Ferrero in the only men's quarter-final

that had got underway.
