Warne, who retired from Test cricket, and Callahan were recently snapped sharing breakfast together on James Packer's luxury yacht on Sydney Harbour, furthering speculation of a reunion.
Packer, Australia's richest man, is the son of the late billionaire media mogul Kerry Packer.
The pair had been celebrating the Australian team's 5-0 whitewash of England in the Ashes series onboard the 32 metre yacht on Friday night, News Ltd newspapers report.
But while the rest of the team came ashore at about 2.30am (AEDT), Warne and Simone spent the night on the craft before sharing breakfast on board the next morning.
