Shvedova claims maiden WTA title

The big-serving 19-year-old dropped to her knees in celebration after beating world number 36 Santangelo in 96 minutes.
Prior to this week, the Shvedova's best showings on the WTA Tour was two second round finishes, at Philadelphia in 2005 and Memphis in 2006.
