Star-studded India handed a 5-0 thrashing to lowly Seychelles to register their second successive win and sail into the quarter-finals of the badminton team event at the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne on Friday.
The Indian shuttlers' dominance was total as they did not drop a single game; only the women's doubles pair of Jwala Gutta and Shruti Kurain was taken to double digits in the two games.
Like yesterday, the Indians made light work of their opponents and smashed their way to victory.
Arup Sridhar and Saina Nehwal chalked out easy wins in the men's and women's singles respectively, while the men's doubles pair of Rupesh Kumar and Sanave Thomas and mixed doubles duo of Diju and Jwala faced hardly any opposition.
India had thrashed Trinidad and Tobago in their opening match on Thursday.
India now take on England in their last league match on Saturday and the match will decide who tops the pool.
