Andriy Shevchenko, Chelsea
The Ukranian striker is another new face at the Premier League this season.
There is no doubt the winner of the European Footballer of the Year award in 2004 has class.
His transfer fee from AC Milan -- where he had played for seven years and covered himself in glory -- is rumoured to be around $58 million, which makes him one of the 10 most expensive footballers in the world.
And fellow Chelsea striker and Ivory Coast star Dider Drogba has thrown a challenge at Shevchenko.
Hurray for healthy competition!
