Leander Paes and Mahesh Bhupathi have decided to put away their differences and team up for the men's doubles event at the Asian Games. After much drama, the All India Tennis Association confirmed in an official statement that the duo will play together in the doubles event.
Rohan Bopanna and Mustafa Ghouse will make up India's second doubles team.
Another break-up was on the cards after Bhupathi furiously walked out after the training session on Wednesday morning. He was subjected to a trial session where his fitness was assessed by the team management.
Captain Paes had questioned Bhupathi's commitment after the pair's shock defeat during the first round of the team event against the Chinese Taipei.
