Laureus World Sports Awards

The awards were watched by a global television audience of 460 million. The audience included members of the Laureus World Sports Academy, sports guests and celebrities including Hollywood stars Jackie Chan, Teri Hatcher, Joely Richardson, Marcia Gay Harden, Gabriel Byrne and Morgan Freeman, England football coach Sven Goran Eriksson, former Formula One drivers Jean Alesi and Mika Hakkinen, and Chelsea's Portuguese coach Jose Mourinho.
