Chelsea vs Bolton Wanderers

Frank Lampard (right) scored two goals for Chelsea as the London club picked up its first premiership title in 50 years after beating Bolton Wanderers 2-0.

Chelsea, now an unassailable 14 points in front of Arsenal wanted to wrap up the title before Tuesday's Champions League semi-final second leg against Liverpool.
