The forthcoming National Football League matches involving Sporting Clube de Goa have been cancelled following the accident some of its players and coach met with in Kolkata on Wednesday.
Their matches in the fourth, fifth and sixth rounds have been cancelled in view of the accident, a statement from All India Football Federation secretary Alberto Colaco said.
The matches will be rescheduled after considering the medical reports of the players, the statement added.
As many as 11 members, including eight footballers, of the Goan club were injured when their airport-bound team bus overturned in Kolkata on Wednesday evening.
Four players -- Joseph Pereira, Peter Pereira, John Barreto Louis and Ajay Diwadkar -- are undergoing treatment at a private hospital in the city while coach Clifford Chukuwama was released after first aid.
Sporting's immediate engagement was a fourth round match against Mahindra United in Mumbai on Saturday.
