Mahesh Bhupathi and Todd Woodbridge entered the pre-quarter-finals of the men's doubles at the Australian Open tennis tournament in Melbourne on Friday.
The Indo-Australian pair, seeded third, defeated Igor Andreev and Nikolay Davydenko 6-4, 4-6, 6-2 in their second round match.
Bhupathi and Woodbridge will next meet Albert Costa and Rafael Nadal of Spain, who beat the 15th seed French duo of Julien Benneteau and Nicolas Mahut 7-6(7-2), 4-6, 6-2.
