Laureus World Sports Awards
Laureus World Newcomer of the Year:
Golfer Michelle Wie accepts her award from Gary Player.
Michelle Wie won at the US women's Amateur Public Links Championship last year. She participated in seven events on the US LPGA Tour last season and missed only one cut.
