England vs Portugal
The penalty shoot-out did not start well for England as Beckham ballooned his shot into the crowd.
Rui Costa's kick also went over the top to make it all square after four penalty kicks.
But England substitute Darius Vassell's shot was saved brilliantly by goalkeeper Ricardo to give Portugal a sniff of victory.
