Greece vs Czech Republic
Greece defender Traianos Dellas (left) heads the ball to score the winning goal past a host of Czech defenders.
Dellas popped up with the headed winner from a corner by substitute Vassilis Tsartas just seconds before the end of the first half of extra-time.
Under the silver goal rule, the team leading at the break wins the match.
"It was a very good, a brilliant day for us and a bleak day for the Czechs. We live in a dream, it's wonderful, and we don't want to wake up," said Greece midfielder Stelios Giannakopoulos.
